RESET Standard – the leading performance-based standards and certification provider for building and product sustainability – today announced its transformation into a non-profit organization, reinforcing its commitment to advancing regenerative practices across the built environment. The new structure reflects RESET’s evolution from a standard and certification program to a comprehensive platform empowering measurable pathways to decarbonize while increasing circularity and health.

"Transitioning to non-profit status allows us to more fully serve our mission of empowering regeneration. This structural evolution enables us to prioritize impact, expand our reach to organizations of all sizes, and accelerate the built environment's transition to a circular and regenerative economy."

- Stanton Wong, Executive Director

Since inception, RESET has had one clear goal: to make health, sustainability, and regeneration measurable, actionable, and impactful.

"RESET has always been unique in its focus on research and development, pioneering measurable approaches to advance sustainability and regeneration. The non-profit status will help us further deepen this focus. It’s an exciting time."

- Raefer Wallis, Founder and Chairman

As an objective, science-based organization, RESET will continue its global work to develop innovative tools and methodologies while making its standards and resources more accessible to the broader sustainability community. This new chapter allows RESET to create an even greater positive change for people and the planet.
